The task
You have to build a small proposal ranking app. A user uploads proposal documents, selects a category, and the app ranks them from best to worst.
The evaluation criteria (for example skills, experience, budget, timeline) must be managed dynamically by an admin through master screens, not hard-coded.
How you design the scoring, the data model, the AI prompts and the user experience is entirely up to you. We want to see how you think and the decisions you make.
Example: a facilities team receives several contractor proposals for "Commercial Solar Installation". The admin defines what matters for that category, the reviewer uploads the proposals, and the app returns a ranked list with a reason for each position.

You may use AI coding assistants, but you must be able to explain every line you submit.
What to submit
- GitHub repository with a meaningful commit history.
- Live link, if deployed, plus login details for testing.
- Postman collection for the API, committed to the repository.
- README with setup steps and a short explanation of your approach and choices.
